If an employer faces unforeseen issues (e.g., company closure, position change, or loss of sponsorship eligibility), we will activate the employer substitution mechanism to ensure the client’s immigration process remains unaffected, particularly during the transition from the Subclass 482 to 186 visa. We guarantee completion within 60 days.
